Artist Statement
I’m a storyteller who specializes in photography and writing. I love stories and I love people. I’ve never met a person who wasn’t fascinating. I aim to capture those stories in my work — the small moments that inspire and encourage others. I hope to bring light into the darkest parts of the world so people can see things in a new way and realize that things aren’t as bleak as they might seem at first glance. I do this through photography, with event and portrait photoshoots of families, weddings, baptisms, and other important moments that influence people’s lives. I also design custom photoshoots that tell the stories I create. In my writing, I strive to uplift others through my stories, whether fiction, non-fiction, or poetry.
